1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, opened, or used will not be eligible for return.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (such as powders or oils) once opened.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  • Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
